China launches third satellite: environmental monitoring satellite

China issued on Monday, the third satellite in its environment Family sky, sharpening its environmental monitoring and disaster forecasting capability.

The launch marks the completion of China in 2003, creating a small environmental monitoring satellite constellation plan, launched under the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in northern China.
